Information you give me. When you fill out an inquiry form, book a session, sign a contract, or email me, I may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, social media handles, and any details you share about your project.

Like most websites, this site and its hosting platform (Wix) may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, general location, and pages visited. This is usually gathered through cookies or analytics tools and helps me understand how the site is used.

Photos and content. If you are a client, I create and store images and video from our sessions, along with any brand materials, logos, or login access you provide for social media management.

How I Use Your Information

I use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver sessions, manage your social media accounts when hired to do so, send invoices and process payments, share project updates, and improve my website and services. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Portfolio and Social Media Use

I may share images from client sessions in my portfolio, on this website, and on my social media accounts. This use is covered by the photography agreement or release signed before your session. If you would prefer that your images not be shared publicly, let me know in writing and I will respect that request.

Third-Party Services

I rely on trusted third-party tools to run my business, which may include Google Forms, Instagram/Meta, Gmail, Pixieset, PayPal, and my website host. These providers handle your information according to their own privacy policies. I only share what is needed to provide my services.

Social Media Account Access

When I manage social media for a client, I use account access only to perform the agreed services. I keep login credentials private, do not share them with anyone else, and ask clients to update their passwords or remove my access when our work together ends.

How Long I Keep Information

I keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal and tax requirements, and maintain business records. Session images are archived for one year after delivery, after which they may be permanently deleted. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their galleries.

Protecting Your Information

I take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, including using password-protected accounts and reputable service providers. No online system is completely secure, however, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Images of minors are only taken and shared with permission from a parent or guardian.
